The problem

A general-purpose website is not built for how contractors get hired

Most website templates are built for browsing. Contractor sites get used differently: someone is standing in a driveway looking at a cracked slab, or dealing with a leak at 9pm, and they are searching on a phone, deciding in under a minute whether to call. A contractor site has to answer specific questions fast: are you licensed, do you work in my area, and does your work actually look like what I need done. FoundCalls builds a flat-fee site around those questions specifically, and once you approve the plan, it is built, reviewed, and live within 24 hours.

License

Your license number, where it belongs

If you hold a license, it goes on the site, plainly, where a customer comparing a few options can see it without hunting for it. The application asks for your license number up front for exactly this reason. For a licensed trade, that one detail does more for trust than almost any other line of copy on the page.

Coverage

Service area, as its own page

The five-page build includes a dedicated service area page, not just a line buried in the footer. For a contractor working across several towns or a wide part of the Valley, that matters: someone searching from a specific city wants to know plainly whether you cover it before they call, and a named service area page is what tells a customer, and a search engine, that you do.

Proof

Photos of the actual work

A few photos of finished jobs do more than any description of your services can. If you have them, even a handful from a phone, they go on the site as part of the build. If you do not have photos yet, that is fine too, the site still gets built, and photos can be added once you have them.

Mobile first

Built for the phone, not the desktop

The site is built mobile-first, meaning the phone version is the real version, not a shrunk-down afterthought, and it loads fast on any connection. That matters more for a contractor than almost any other business type, because so much of the search-to-call decision happens standing somewhere with a spotty signal, not sitting at a desk.

Bilingual

English and Spanish, for crews and customers

Both English and Spanish sections are included at no extra charge. That covers Spanish-speaking customers searching for a contractor in their own language, and it is also useful if your crew, your estimators, or the people who refer you work are more comfortable reading in Spanish. It is built in from the start, not bolted on later.

Ownership

You own it, no hostage sites

The domain is registered to your business, not to FoundCalls, not to whoever built the site. The finished website belongs to you outright. If you ever want to move it to a different host or a different designer, you can, with no fees and no arguments. A website you cannot leave is not really yours, and that is not the arrangement here.

Full pricing, what the short application covers, and the rest of the common questions are on the main websites page.
